Customer Experience: It took a while to get here, but you could also order from multiple other companies to get it to you faster, like amazon. Inquiries were answered within an HOUR from their official website. Nice.
Product Performance: I just want to put their shark tank bit on here, because I enjoyed it so much. I love shark tank. The inventors are parents, and one is a formulation chemist. The best parts are when he squirts some cleaner into his MOUTH, and also does a contaminate swab test on two tiles after smearing raw chicken on them, cleaning one with conventional cleaner, doing a swab test, then cleaning the other with their stuff and doing another swab test.
One squirt goes a long way. I use this on my manicure station and for the first time ever, my sensitive skin clients don’t hive out over my cleaning products. There’s no odor, I don’t use gloves to clean with this (usually cleaners burn my hands), it actually cleans stuff, it doesn’t streak. I use it with my reusable cloths and save a lot of money on paper towels or having 10 bottles of stuff to clean different surfaces. The plastic nozzle is solid, not flimsy. You’ll have a hard time breaking it in pulling the trigger to dispense the cleaner, unless you’re rip-roaring drunk and decide to clean your counters…then you could possibly snap it. Not like I would know anything about that *cough*.
I don’t ride the ‘all natural’ wagon marketing term, because everything on earth, natural or man-made, is composed of chemicals…so saying something is all natural as though it’s safer is a gimmic. A lot of things in nature are not good for you. There are plenty of natural things that I want nothing to do with, like snake venom, poison ivy, pollen, and other junk. Non-toxic is a much better marketing term.
Other products I have tried that had cool characteristics like ‘non toxic’ or ‘eco freindly production’, or ‘cruelty free’ either are too small to handle bulk orders, or are really scented, or don’t clean well, or owned by a company that hurts animals during product development. So I’m happy to report that this one works on multiple Dar criteria.
And don’t let the price tag fool you, ok? This stuff works and it takes very little to get results, just like a good beauty product does. I really was happy to see that it was worth spending the money for. One less thing for me to worry about in my salon!
If you use an American made, non toxic, effective, scent free, cruelty free and vegan all purpose cleaner in your salon, please let me know in the comments so I can try it out too. I feel like there are enough reviews about polish, and not enough about our other, very essential tools that we need as professionals like surface cleaner.
